Frequently Asked Questions

Do you contract with insurance companies?

We are contracted with a select few insurances:

  • Cigna
  • Compsych
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Select Health
  • DMBA.

We also have many clients who are “cash pay,” and may choose to submit our sessions to their insurance as an Out-of-Network Provider.

Out-of-network means that the therapist does not have any sort of arrangement with the insurance company. If the therapist is out-of-network, you would be responsible for paying for your therapy sessions. The therapist would then provide you with a form called a superbill.

A superbill is a specialized invoice, which includes the procedure coding, diagnosis coding and session dates that your insurance carrier will need in order to reimburse you. All fees are due at the end of each session.

How much does therapy cost?

If you are using insurance your copay will vary, and be determined before your intake session.

If you are electing to pay privately fees will be paid in full at the time of service. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, or credit card (Visa & MasterCard).

As a healthcare provider, we accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

Depending on the type of therapy, our fee schedule is as follows:

Individual 50 Minute – $120

Phone or Video  50 Minute appointment- $90

Couples 50 Minute – $200

Do you offer online counseling or telehealth?

Absolutely! We have several adults who choose to have therapy sessions online.
